Studio Midhall is more than a publisher: we are a family-driven game development studio nestled in the south of Sweden. Bound by blood, forged by nature, and fuelled by our love for gaming.

Studio Midhall is

Aron Midhall
Artist / Game Design / Younger sibling
As the artist behind everything Beast, Aron gets to live his dreams to the fullest by designing and illustrating games at the same time.

Elon Midhall
Management / Game Design / Older sibling
Born with maxed-out stats in strength and charisma, Elon manages the company. He tackles every task with a somber smile on his face, no matter how sleep-deprived he is from taking care of his newborn son.

Assar Pettersson
Chief of Operations / Game Design / Cousin
The hunter of all things organizational strikes true with fierce logic and strategic vision. Assar orchestrates our team's operations, ensuring projects flow smoothly and deadlines are met with precision. He's also a massive part of game design and has an equally massive heart to go with it.

Albin Larsson
Music / Media Production / Game Design
Albin orchestrates both the soul-stirring soundtracks of Beast and the intricate dance of game mechanics. When he's not composing melodies or fine-tuning gameplay systems, you'll find him wielding cameras and social media accounts like a creative conjurer.

Gabriel Jacobi
Design / UX Lead / Office Weirdo
A goblin that was found in a dark basement and now regularly does the dishes in the office. In his spare time, Gabriel is responsible for much of the Graphic Design and User Experience of Studio Midhall, including the games, marketing material, website and internal tools.

Shamiran Jaf
Lead Developer / Chief Dog Officer
Armed with code and accompanied by Devi the dachshund (the true office CEO), Shamiran weaves digital magic throughout Studio Midhall. From crafting websites to building internal tools, no technical challenge escapes his problem-solving prowess.

Tyler Exsted
Game Design / Game Development
Hailing and residing in the frigid North in the US state of Minnesota, it's no wonder he is the perfect match for a Swedish Studio. Tyler is a husband to his lovely wife and a father to his beautiful daughter, Mara (yes, she is the Sovereign of the Endless Night). His passion for games and what they can mean for people is what drive him as a designer/developer, making thought provoking and thematically engaging experiences

Dylan Farrell
Game Design / Game Development
Based in Canada, Dylan's passion for strategy games and his interest in game mechanics led him to Studio Midhall. He is always looking for fun and engaging ways to introduce depth through simple mechanics. Outside of game design, he enjoys playing D&D, spending time with his wife and playing with his cat, Sapphire.

Joshua Green
Writer
Legend has it Tyler Exsted found Josh washed up on the shores of Lake Superior. After hauling him home and tightening a few screws, Tyler shipped him over to Assar, where he now sits in front of a typewriter for twenty-three hours a day. Josh loves telling stories and has a decade of experience doing so.

Rafael Servent
Game Design / Q&A Tester / The Spaniard
Rafael (@thebadwitch) is a face you might have seen around for a while in the community. Taking a role in community management and helping out with playtesting and game design he helps us deliver bangers while listening to what our fans want from us.

Chris S. Sims
Lead RPG Designer / Lore Delver
Chris has been playing and running roleplaying games for over 40 years, and designing and writing for them for more than half that time. He’s building a roleplaying game for the Beast Universe and expanding the lore to go with it.
